RETURNS. If you are unhappy with any product you purchase on this website for any reason, you may return it to us in its original condition within 14 working days and we will provide a full refund (excluding delivery costs). If the reason for the return is the result of our error, or if the item was damaged before it reached you, we will also refund the delivery costs. To make a return please send your item back to: The Photo Books AS, Sagveien 23 C, 0459 Oslo - Norway. The item should be securely wrapped along with your delivery note and a letter explaining the reason for the return. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.
